How does co-working space work?

A co-working space, in a few words – is a shared workspace where different companies, teams, or individuals work independently or collaboratively. Office-like amenities are shared here: flex desks, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, coffee and snacks, printers, private meeting rooms, call rooms, & more. However, co-working goes beyond the space itself. It’s a culture of bringing diverse individuals to work together. In Tech Zity co-working spaces, we create a positive atmosphere where our community members can work, meet, network, socialize, and have fun together.

Who uses co-working spaces?

In Tech Zity co-working spaces, you can find an extremely diverse group of working professionals. Our community consists of start-ups, digital nomads, freelancers, entrepreneurs, remote workers, small or medium business teams, and others who want to take advantage of flexible space.

What is the difference between a co-working space and a traditional office?

Walk into a co-working space, and you’ll immediately notice that it feels different from a traditional office. A co-working space is a flexible workspace where people aren’t working for the same company. Here you share the working area with anyone who is a space member. A shared workspace is made for your freedom and flexibility. The co-working space is always ready for you to move in – you will find Wi-Fi, flex or fix desk options, kitchen supplies, and other office-like amenities on the spot.

What are the different types of co-working membership options?

We offer 3 types of membership options: FIX table, FLEX table, or DAY(S) PASS.
FIX table membership offers a dedicated work desk in a chosen location with a certain allotment of time for meeting and call rooms, 2 hot drinks per day, and 50 units of free A4 black or white papers for printing. You can choose to buy this membership for these Tech Zity locations – Tech Park, Tech Arts, or Tech Spa.
FLEX table membership offers an undedicated work desk in a chosen location with a certain allotment of time for meeting and call rooms, 2 hot drinks per day, and 50 units of free A4 black or white papers for printing. You can choose to buy this membership for these Tech Zity locations – Tech Park, Tech Arts, or Tech Spa.
DAY(S) PASS membership offers an undedicated work desk in any Tech Zity location with a certain allotment of time for meeting and call rooms and a certain number of hot drinks. The time for meeting and call rooms and the number of hot beverages depend on the number of days booked. We offer 1, 3, 5, 10, or 30 days memberships.

What’s the difference between FIX and FLEX table?

FIX, or dedicated desk, means that you will have the same workspace every day. This type of membership offers you an individual desk and a secure locker to store some of your belongings. Having a dedicated desk allows you to leave your work equipment or other personal stuff at your work spot.
FLEX or undedicated desk is completely the opposite of dedicated desk. It means that you can work at any of the tables in our co-working space. This type of membership also allows you to bring your work equipment or other personal belongings. However, after you finish your workday, you have to leave a desk empty and take all your belongings with you. Storage locker is not included in this offer you can request it for an additional price.

Is it possible to get access to all Tech Zity locations?

Yes! You can buy a DAY(S) PASS membership for all Tech Zity locations. We offer 1, 3, 5, 10, or 30 days memberships

What does a co-working membership include?

• Dedicated (FIX) or undedicated (FLEX) work table

• 2 hot drinks per day (afterward, each cup costs 0.5 Eur)

• Meeting and call rooms time (all membership plans include a certain allotment of time each month)

What hours can I access the co-working spaces?

Our co-working spaces in Tech Arts and Tech Spa are accessible 24/7, in Tech Park – every day from 5 AM till 11 PM.

Can I bring my monitor or other equipment?

Yes! You can bring your monitor and other equipment you need for your work or just your personal stuff to make your desk more comfortable and cozy. Just don’t forget, if you are a member of the FLEX TABLE membership, you have to take all your personal belongings with you when you have finished your workday. If you don’t like to carry your work equipment with you, you can request a locker to store some of your belongings. The locker costs 10 Eur/MO.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Sure! We love our four-legged co-workers! Just keep in mind that you are fully responsible for your pet and its actions.

I take a lot of phone and video calls. Is that going to be a problem?

Definitely no! Each of our locations is optimized for phone or video calls – if you want some privacy, you can book a call room all for yourself or a fully equipped meeting room for a video meeting with your colleagues.

How is co-working space leasing different from conventional leasing?

The biggest difference between leasing a co-working space and conventional leasing – you don’t have to commit to a long-term lease when leasing a co-working space. Co-working leasing can be monthly or even daily. You can choose the membership that works best for you and use a co-working space for exactly how long you need it. Moreover, the simplicity of leasing a co-working space is that you don’t need to worry about furniture, internet, kitchen supplies, utilities, maintenance, and other amenities.
