What equipment is provided in my meeting room?
Each Tech Zity location has modern and fully equipped meeting rooms for your next important presentation, workshop with your team, or simply a meeting with your colleagues. Our meetings rooms are set up with tables, chairs, TV screens, dry-erase boards, markers, and erasers. The equipment set depends on the choice of the meeting room.
Can I book a meeting room even if I am not a co-working member?

Are meeting room hours limited? What if I need to go over my reserved time?
Yes, meeting room hours are limited. If you have a co-working membership, you can find a certain allotment of time for meeting rooms in your chosen offer. If you aren’t a co-working member and just booked a meeting room for a certain time, but you need to go over your reserved time, you are welcome to stay longer. Just keep in mind that you can stay until another client or co-working member is scheduled in the room right after you. If you’d like to exceed your reservation, be sure to check in with the location manager, so they are aware and can help make sure this is possible for your meeting. The location manager will track the time used and update the reservation. An invoice for the additional time will be provided afterward.
What is the capacity of your meeting rooms?
We have a great variety of meeting rooms, where you can book a meeting room all for yourself or for a meeting with your colleagues. We offer meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 20 people. If you’re looking for a greater capacity, we also offer event spaces.
Can I invite guests to the meeting room?
Of course! You can have your guests in the meeting room you have booked. Just make sure to book a meeting room with the capacity for all of you.
