What equipment is provided in my private office?

Our private offices are fully furnished, serviced, and ready for you to move in and develop your ideas or build your business. In your office, you will find an innovative space with work tables and chairs, wireless internet, a recuperation system, and amenities in the private or shared kitchen and meeting rooms.

What office sizes are available?

We have office spaces ranging in size from 2 to 87 work seats.

Can I only work in the office ​space during “office hours”?

Nope! You have 24/7 access to your private office.

Is there a minimum commitment? What are the conditions for terminating the contract?

For private offices, we require a minimum 1-year commitment. However, in the course of the year, you can terminate the contract with 3 months’ notice.

Is a deposit required?

We do require a deposit of 3 months’ rental price + VAT.

Is parking included in the rental price?

No, but most parking lots near Tech Park are free. The nearest paid car park close by Tech Park is in the Green Parking Zone. Parking is free at Tech Arts in the cold season, but during the warm season, the car park becomes the Yellow Parking Zone. Parking spaces around the Tech Loft are in the Yellow Parking Zone.
